Terms and Conditions
If you receive your jewelry order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away! We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:
- Contact us by email IMMEDIATELY, and be sure to include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the problem item(s).
- If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within five (5) business days of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item past this five (5) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.
- Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from Nail Veils. This is very important.
- In most cases we will provide you with a postage pre-paid envelope that you can use to return the problem item(s). Each order is handled individually, though, so we may offer you an alternate solution.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns and exchanges take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Returns are only offered if the incorrect item is received.
